The MōblTRAK app for CAREeVantage allows an agency to streamline the management of in-home service worker schedules and the collection of data related to client services provided. In-home service workers can use MōblTRAK to:
View their CAREeVantage service schedule
Add service appointments for their assigned clients
Access client contact information for their assigned clients
Use GPS navigation to a client’s service location
Collect EVV information required by the 21st Century Cures Act including 1) service performed 2) client receiving service 3) service date 4) service location 5) worker providing service 6) visit start & end time
Collect additional service information such as mileage, tasks completed, service notes and service confirmation signatures
Cancel appointments when appropriate
